What events trigger automatic notifications?

Scheduling, Notice and Fee reminders are triggered automatically. However, staff has options to send manual notifications for Attendance, marks and fee overdue.

Can notifications be turned off for a specific type?

Automated In-App Notification for schedule and Notice cannot be turned off however you can manually control other notifications for Attendance, Marks and Fee Reminder.

Do notifications go to both students and parents?

Yes. Both students and parents can receive notifications. For manual notification, you can select to whom you want to target for notification.

Are SMS notifications charged separately?

Yes. SMS and WhatsApp notifications use message credits purchased separately. Push notifications via the app are included free.

Can I see if a notification was actually delivered?

Yes. The notification log shows delivery status for each message sent for SMS and WhatsApp, including failed deliveries for follow-up.
