Can I post a notice to just one batch?

Yes. When posting, select "Specific Batch" and choose the batch from the dropdown. Only students in that batch see it.

Do students see old notices?

Yes. All notices are stored in the notice board section of the app and students can scroll back through previous ones.

Can professors post notices?

No. Professors cannot post notices. It needs to come from a Staff account.

Can I schedule a notice in advance?

Yes. When posting, set the date and time and the notice goes live automatically at that moment.

Can I attach a file to a notice?

Yes. Attach PDF, image or document files. The recipient can view or download the file from within the app.
