Go to Student Profile / Fee Structure, You can select the Course and based on the parents feasibility you can define the instalment structure.

Can I apply discounts to specific students?

Yes. You can apply flat or percentage discounts per student at the individual. Discounts appear on the receipt.

How do I track overdue payments?

The Fee Outstanding report shows all students with overdue amounts, the number of days overdue and the last payment date.
